I’m absolutely loving having a bit more time out these days. Saturday mornings at home were totally out of the question a while back but thanks to my husband and our great staff I can enjoy many weekends with my son at the moment ❤️ don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE my job and what I do but getting to cook and enjoy breakfasts with my boy is the best feeling in the world. These lovely pancakes are from one of my favourite cookery books by Anna Jones, A modern way to cook. They are so quick to make and full of goodness. For the sauce I blitzed some frozen berries with a tiny bit of honey and the juice of an orange then warmed through.
